If you have a power cut and the CCTV goes down, then the system will send us an ECARE signal notifying us of this. From here we will send our keyholders or engineers to attend and check for any issues/intruders.
If any cables are cut to the cameras then the system will send us a Video Loss alarm, which we will respond to with and engineer or key holder and schedule in any repairs needed.
We provide our own 5G routers that we install as part of the cctv system and service. This will be used for CCTV only.
